Lovely creamy 13 mm heart shaped freshwater pearls are flanked by two faceted 5mm genstone pink tourmalines,  plus 6 mm round and a 3mm faceted tourmaline.  Al hang from a sterling silver stud with 5mm cubic zirconia.  Total length 1 3/4 ".
