16 X 8mm teardrop of lapis lazuli with diamond shaped facets hangs from a wonderful 13mm creamy freshwater heart shaped pearl, and topped by a 4mm faceted lapis bead.  Set on a sterling silver stud with bezel set 4mm cubic zirconia.  Total length 1 5/8 ".
