Very unique combbination of golden freshwater pearls (14 mm coins and 6mm rounds) with 6 and 8mm white mother-of-pearl (shell pearl).  A 15x11mm faceted teardrop cubic zirconia in light topaz adds pizzaz. All fittings sterling silver.
